These Terms govern your access to and use of the GrievanceFree scheduling service provided by Lawin Holdings, Inc. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization.
GrievanceFree provides employee-scheduling software for manufacturing employers. We may update, improve, or modify features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. Administrators control user access within their organization.
Your organization retains ownership of the data it enters. You grant us the rights needed to host and process that data to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you provide, including employee information.
Paid plans are billed per active employee on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Trials, if offered, convert to paid unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data of other organizations, interfere with the service, or use it to violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. GrievanceFree is a scheduling tool and does not provide legal advice regarding labor agreements; you are responsible for compliance decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate as described in any order or by ceasing use and closing the account. Upon termination we will make your data available for a limited period, then delete it per our Privacy Policy.
